Lead Administrative Coordinator - Pathology Job at Suburban Hospital
As a Pathology Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee and direct the work of the other Medical Secretaries
- Performs daily operational tasks associated with Pathology and oversees the medical secretarial staff.
- Collects, monitors and reports departmental Quality Assurance (QA) data.
- Performs administrative support duties for Pathology Department.
Work Location: Bethesda, MD
Full time - 8am - 4:30pm
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective communication with physician, nurse and patient customers
- Some supervisory or oversight of others is preferable
