Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Job at Westcoast Landscape and Lawns
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean driving record with a current and valid driver’s license (with at least 3 years of driving experience, 2 years proven work experience, be able to pass a drug test, be able to pass background check
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Preferred but not required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports directly to field ops manager or division manager
- Manage, train, and lead the crew
- Work with crew to ensure the work is completed efficiently
- Prune shrubs, remove shrubs and tree debris
- Operation of equipment such as mowers, weed whips, edgers, and blowers
- Gather and remove debris or trash from both office & properties
- Follow all Safety Policies & Procedures including wearing Personal Protective Equipment(Eye/Ear protection, Work Boots, Hi Visibility shirt)
- Extensive Walking, Squatting, Carrying, and Lifting
SCHEDULE:
Generally, 40 hours Monday - Thursday, but may vary depending on weather. Possibility of overtime may be available on Fridays or Saturdays depending on the needs of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
