You will be consulting with both residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn care issues to assess their needs. With your exceptional customer service skills and the skills gained from the comprehensive training you will be able to ensure that your customers are happy with the service that you have provided on their lawn.

Position Details:
- Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
- Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
- Performance-based pay, guaranteed $16/hour top performers earn $26/hour+
