Landscaping Supervisor Job at Four Seasons Lawn & Landscaping
Four Seasons Lawn & Landscaping Houston, TX 77083
We are hiring experienced leaders to lead our landscape maintenance crews. Salary starts at $48k per year for proven leaders.
Must be able to perform the following duties:
1. MUST have a minimum of 2+ years of experience, valid drivers license, able to drive pulling trailer, operate all equipment professionally and safely.
2. You will work along side of the crew weed eating, blowing, etc.. whatever is needed.
3. Ability to Read and Write English (Bi-lingual a plus!)
4. Ability to Lead, Motivate and Address Crew (primarily men).
5. Organize and Time Management
7. Ability to use all equipment and perform general maintenance.
8. Must be Responsible and Honest
9. Must be able to work at least (2) Saturdays per month - if needed.
10. Work hours are from 7a - 6p (Crew Leader arrives at before 645a)
11. Great Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
