Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Job at The Lindsay Company, LLC
As a landscape maintenance supervisor, you will lead and work alongside a crew responsible for commercial and residential landscape maintenance. This is a full time, year round position.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a maintenance crew
- Maintenance of both commercial and residential landscape properties
- Planning, coordinating, and collecting equipment/materials each day to perform the tasks at hand
- Enforcing all safety protocol and procedures
- Maintaining on site communications with team members and clients in a professional polite manner
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and management skills or potential
- Willingness to work alongside current team members and be trained in the company's procedures
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions and demonstrate positive participation
- Ability to operate/utilize a variety of landscape maintenance equipment/tools
- Possess a valid SC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Be able to pass any required drug test or background check
