Laminator Operator Job at Sonoco
- Shift: 545am-615pm; 545pm-615am, 12 hour continental schedule, 3 days on one week, 4 days on the following, off every other weekend
- Pay: $19.08/hour
- Night shift differential: $0.30/hour
Laminator Machine Operator Day to day responsibilities include:
- Mix adhesive according to formulas.
- Set up and operate Lathe Machine according Lathe Machine Operating Procedures when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines/equipment and adjacent work area to SQF standard
- Verification of Correct calculation of needed amount of adhesive for jo
- Verification of what impression rollers are needed for four hours and cut/or resurface to specifications.
- Utilize satellite containers for Hazardous Waste.
Position located in our Flexibles facility in Elk Grove Village, IL
- High School or equivalent
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Data Input
- Knowledge of Tape Measure & Ruler /Metric-Standard
- Must be able to work 12hr shift
