Position Summary: Supervises technical operations of the medical laboratory by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate staff. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely basis.

• Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am – 4:30pm
• Location: Chandler, AZ

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited university.
• Certified Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist with ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten years performing moderate and/or high complexity testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology and clinical microscopy in a clinical laboratory including three (3) years supervising a major function or unit in a licensed clinical laboratory.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures.
