Summary/Position description
High volume wine bar needs Kitchen Manager and Line Cooks as well as support a mobile food trailer for catering and food events. Coastal Expressions Wine Bar has an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic person with a passion for preparing great food that pairs well with fine wines. Full Job Description

Completing basic food prepping tasks and plating dishes for a Wine Bar. Main duties include Food Prep (chopping, containerizing, preparing/cooking and plating) food, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked and cleaned at end of service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Experience:

• Food preparation: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Knife skills: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Food service: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Service duties will include:

• Food Prep (chopping, slicing, containerizing) etc.
• Cooking & Plating food for service
• Cleaning utensils and Kitchen

Physical Setting:

• Casual wine bar must be able to be on feet for extended hours 5-8 hours and lift up to 25lbs.
