My Burger in the Twin Cities is looking for a kitchen manager to jump on board a locally owned concept!

Kitchen Manager (KM) - This is a full time position
Essential Functions :
- Show mastery at all stations in the kitchen
- Prepare food within spec and company guidelines
- Facilitate food / dry goods ordering
- Managing employees and daily lineups
- Execute prep according to recipes, and ensure team members are as well
- Ensure a clean and functioning kitchen, prep, and dish area

We are a family owned burger joint based out of Minneapolis. We currently have 8 locations and a food truck, but we aren't stopping there. New restaurants coming soon!
