Kitchen/Dishwasher (Evenings) Role Summary:

The Kitchen/Dishwasher Team Member role is more than just preparing and presenting quality food - it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on hundreds of guests each shift. This role goes the second mile for every guest while performing back of house responsibilities including washing dishes, preparing foods, and performing closing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and present orders accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Monitor product temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary environment including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Director to minimize food waste and optimize efficiency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures.

Schedule:

• 
  Part-time/full-time
• Evening shift (5pm-11pm)
• Available to work weekends as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Preferred: Previous dishwashing experience
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to serve, and integrity
