Job Description:
Assists in supervising Associates in all F&B departments. This includes Kitchen, Outlets & Banquets. You will be responsible for motivating, training and leading our F&B team on assigned shifts to ensure our members and guests expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for controlling all aspects in the execution of banquet functions, restaurant & kitchen operations on assigned shift.
  • Effectively supervise the staff during all food and beverage service.
  • Coordinating every aspect of the staff during all food and beverage service on assigned shift.
  • Assist the Managers in the complete operation of the F&B Department on assigned shift.
  • Responsible for adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for adhering to all liquor liability laws.
  • Must assist/conduct all designated staff/pre-function, daily stand-ups and training meetings.
  • Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively
  • Must be willing to adapt to different climate changes in the restaurant, lounge and kitchen areas, with exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • This position will be working with Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.Will assist in other F&B departments as requested by management
Qualifications:
  • Must be a team player.
  • Possess a “Can Do” attitude.
  • Must have 3-4 year Banquets experience.
  • Must have experience in handling beverages. Must have current TIPS & SERVSAFE certifications
  • Must be flexible.
  • Must be able to manage cash, credit card & house charge transactions.
  • Strong verbal & technical communication skills
  • Open availability to include split shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends & holidays
  • Current TIPS, SERV SAFE & / OR SERV SAFE manager certifications
