Kettle Corn Maker/Concession Team Member - Spring Training MESA - SEASONAL Job at Desert Snow

THIS POSITION STARTS AS SOON AS Tuesday, March 17th

Concession company seeking help with making kettle corn at our main stand at Sloan Park - Cubs Spring training position. You will be popping, bagging kettle corn, cleaning the machine at the end of the night and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the stand.

We are also seeking a second individual to help at our concession stand preparing lemonade, shaved ice, churros and handing out cotton candy and Kettle Corn.

These are both fast paced postion.

This is for the Spring Training games from March 17th - March 28th for Mesa Location: Cubs Spring Training Facility - Sloan Park 2330 W Rio Salado Pwky. MESA, AZ 85201

Mostly day games 10:30a - 5:30p, but there are night games 3:30p - 10:30p

Job Description:

- Able to work in a DIVERSE, HIGH VOLUME, AND FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT.

- Clean the machine and their area nightly.

- Work the full shift of the game and not leave until everything is closed down and clean.

Experience and Requirements:

- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs., and be able to twist and bend comfortably.

- Understand the basics of inventory management.

- Ability to interact with different individuals; both co-workers and guests.

- Must be able to pass a background check 7 years back.

Responsibilities:

- Inventory management.

- Count-in and count-out merchandise for each game.

- Must be able to work independently

- Work 6 - 8 hours with little or no breaks.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Be on time to work

- Be ready to work at all times

Pay: $13.85 per hour Bi-Weekly
