Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Junior Network Analyst to join our Information Technology team within our Charleston, West Virginia office. The role of the Junior Network Analyst is to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, network components and peripherals in a LAN/WAN environment. This position will focus on the stability and efficiency of the entire network to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Planning, designing, analyzing, providing technical support, conducting research, evaluating technology and recommending solutions are common activities of the Junior Network Analyst.

Ideal candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline and 3 years of recent experience is preferred.
