Twisted Tree is a family owned, European style Bakery in Historic Downtown Edmond, focusing on high quality breads and pastries made fresh daily. The focus of the menu is stone deck baked breads like country sourdough, baguettes and focaccia, as well as pastries, with an emphasis on Vienoisserie such as butter croissants and their derivatives: danishes, scones, kuchen, trifles, pot de cremes, les bouchon, cruffins etc..
The bakers are the heart blood of the business, crafting all of the breads and pastries and will work early morning shifts (6am - 2pm). The bakery is open from 7:30am-2pm (or Sold Out), Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays. Starting pay is $14 / hour for the junior baker position, but can be as high as $16 / hour depending on experience. Lamination experience is desired.
Twisted Tree is ran and operated by local Chef Robert Black, and his sister Kassie Joslin.
Most important to Robert and Kassie is that the team enjoys coming to work everyday, and has fun while making best-in-class breads and pastries.
