What will you be doing?

• Perform cleaning/janitorial duties to well – established standard procedures covering assigned territory, but without immediate supervision.
• Clean and supply designated facility areas such as offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and manufacturing areas, sweeping, mopping, performing essential inspection and maintenance activities.
• Assigned heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Maintenance duties indoors/outdoors
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
• Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitor’s room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Washes windows.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What are the Job Requirements?

• High School Diploma
• One year work experience
• Drug Test
• Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
