Janitor Job at Green's Commercial Cleaning, Inc.
(FULL-TIME POSITION, MON - FRI 8 AM -5 PM AVAILABLE)
Green's Commercial Cleaning, Inc. has provided quality facility maintenance, and janitorial services since 2003. GCC's responsiveness and attention to detail have secured lasting relationships with universities, and federal and local government authorities throughout the Southeast. We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, motivated, and hard-working janitorial workers to join our growing company. Come join the team that soars above all the rest!
This position cleans the DSS building in Durham.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Uphold the standards of Green's Commercial Cleaning
Requirements:
- Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background
- Proven working experience
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own transportation
- Must have a Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Durham, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Custodial Experience: 1 year (Required)
