Assist IT Liaison/Director of the Training Center with responsibilities for both OUTREACH and department. This will include: • Responding to escalation requests from OUTREACH, coordinating with IT Liaison • Organizing information, data collection, and scheduling for OUTREACH IT projects • Coordinating and communicating with OUIT as backup for IT Liaison • Assisting with IT support issues for OUTREACH and Training Center customers • Assisting with project management, communication, and coordination for Training Center projects Office Assistant Skills Some IT Support Experience
