IT Support Technician II Job at Atlantic Health System

Overview:
This is a level II desktop support / helpdesk position in Hackettstown Medical Center. The hours are typically 9am to 5pm with one weekend a month.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft fundamentals or O365 equivalent, analytical skills, problem solving ability to prioritize and execute in high pressure situations and manage projects.

Working knowledge of healthcare terminology

Repair, maintenance, installation of computer hardware and related equipment, including problem solving.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree, technical degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred certifications - MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 and MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 or MCP and MCDST (XP), ITIL

2/3 years equivalent work experience (help desk)

2/3 years system implementation and applicable system support preferred

Good customer skills and communications, experience support and troubleshooting all major desktop platforms in the enterprise.
