Job Title: IT Support Analyst (PowerShell, InTune/MEM MDM, MS 365, OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams file sharing. Configuration and deployment of policies Defender ATP, DLP, Document Workflow, Low-Code/No-Code PowerApps)

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for PowerShell scripting using MS InTune MDM/Endpoint Management to deploy apps, group policies and security settings, MS AzureAD, MS Teams. Develop scripts to perform and maintain tenant onboarding/offboarding consolidation migration of source to target tenants, configuring MS Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, assisting or training users on workflow making use of low-code/no-code such as MS PowerApps. PC / Printer / ERP support in an enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with vendors and the IT team to provide support to our systems and infrastructure. Including resolve technical issues for end-users, and maintaining the overall health of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage MS InTune MS Endpoint Manager to push apps, company/group PC policy and security settings
• Assist in decisions regarding use of and licensing for MS365 and Azure AD
• Assist in consolidations and tenant migrations/onboarding offboarding projects
• Work with others to configure MS Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention policies
• Provide PC, Printer, and ERP support in an enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IT systems and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field of IT support
• Develop document workflows to improve business processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an IT systems and infrastructure support role
• Well-experienced in PowerShell scripting, Device management using MS InTune/EndPoint Manger, MS Teams/OneDrive file shares (SharePoint), MS Defender ATP, data loss prevention, and document workflow
• Understanding and use of low-code/no-code PowerApps, and other related technologies
• Knowledge of ERP, Sales and Customer Experience, Warehousing apps
• PC, networks, and printer support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
