IT Support & Training Manager


Prosegur is now hiring for an IT Support & Training Manager in San Antonio, TX!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the maintenance and security of technical services and information within our organization.
  • Ensure adequate training and abilities of IT employees.
  • Manage information and technology services departments, including help desk support, network security administration and IT purchasing.
  • Assign tasks, execute projects and/or handling various IT operations.
  • Responsible for the performance of systems.
  • Coordinate and lead IT projects
  • Implement new software and technologies
  • Trainin employee and management staff
  • Provide guidance for problems and questions
  • Participate in business meetings
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members while working with their strengths to make sure tasks and projects are completed quickly
  • Resolving IT support requests from employees
  • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Updating employees on the status of their service requests
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years IT or equivalent work experience
  • Focus on IT training/education will be considered.
  • Demonstrated management and administrative experience
  • Familiar with curriculum design and development.
  • Ability to manage and direct team members to achieve stated objectives.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, analyze and develop consensus within an organizational climate.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company’s personnel.
  • High-level analytical skills, leadership experience and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.

Experience

  • 2 years Microsoft Office: 2+ years
  • 2 years experience using IT software 2+ years
  • Microsoft OS Technician Certification preferred
