IT Help Desk Technician - Part time - Contract Job at OSTechnical
Our client in Laguna Hills is looking for a reliable Part-Time Helpdesk technician – contract resource to supplement the workload while their current staff undertakes on new projects.
Workplace: On-site, Laguna Hills, CA
Contract position: (4-6 months)
Hours: Mondays are required, but they are open to being flexible with which set days they would like to work - for example, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m.
Work Week Hours: 24 to 32 hours per week - depending on workload
Pay: $24-$26/hr
Responsibilities:
· Basic IT support responsibilities, help with monitors not working, wifi issues, password/account issues and will be trained on how to build PCs. Will collect e-waste and data input for the e-waste to ship it off to auction.
Requirements:
· Tech-savvy
· Microsoft administration experience
· Understands how to install software
· Has experience how to set up new computers
· Understands how to work on tickets (Managedengine or anyone who has worked on IT tickets)
· Adobe knowledge is advantageous
· Working experience in a business or corporate environment
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
