Job Responsibilities:

• Client end user support
• Server and Network Maintenance
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers so they are in working order
• Audio Visual Setups and Tear downs
• Respond to users' needs and questions
• Customer IT services project support
• Install and configure systems for customer projects
• Create customer documentation for customer projects
• Internal systems support
• Participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts, end of lease upgrades, and critical projects to maintain the technology readiness within the organization
• Manage and monitor status of Server backups
• Provide off-hours coverage and emergency support as needed
• Keep an inventory of all electronic components
• Flexibility to work weekends

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• VMware ESX & vCenter experience
• Must work well with people
• Must combine professionalism and enthusiasm in approach to work
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule (occasional Saturdays and evenings) as required
• Must be willing to work in other offices within the region or at client sites
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize a high volume of incoming requests
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a strong sense of urgency
• Must be able to lift, and carry, up to 70lbs
• 5+ Years experience.

Beneficial Skills:

• A strong understanding of computer hardware and system architecture
• A strong understanding of Windows environments and client/server systems
• A strong understanding of Virtualization environments (ESXi and Hyper-V)
• A strong understanding of computer communications, networks and protocols
• Knowledge of Cisco Router and Firewall Programming
