Process invoices are created by sales team who hand to client - client goes to Invoicing Clerk in checkout area
Invoicing clerk receives payments and invoices client/ Clients are interior designers and general contractors/ Average invoice can go up to 50,000 each
150+ invoices weekly
End of Day reconciliation on excel to match Actual to Physical count
Skills
Bilingual - English / Spanish
Cashier experience
High School Diploma
Able to multitask
