Inventory Coordinator - Porsche of North Atlanta Job at Hennessy Porsche
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our growing team!
- Stock in and issue payment for vehicles purchased by the dealership
- Catalog and store keys in KeyTrak
- Compare serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices
- Receipt down payments for F&I department
- Track missing vehicles and assist transporters in locating vehicles
- Maintain a working knowledge of features of vehicles in stock and in transport
- Reconcile bank statements for vehicles purchased via ACH
- All other duties as assigned
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Must maintain valid GA driver's license
- Submit to and pass a background and drug screening
Working Environment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
