Job Description


The inventory coordinator is responsible for supporting the logistics operations for the stone/masonry installation team. This person will complete tasks related to tracking and movement of inventory within the company in order to ensure accurate inventory reporting and achievement of "on time in full" (OTIF) goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own all inventory transaction and administration tasks for stone installation and masonry work within assigned area
  • Leads efforts to support the logistics manager and regional team to deliver on-time and in-full completion of installation warranty jobs, driving customer satisfaction and support
  • Accountable to deliver on goals for the logistics team including support of strategic projects, as well as demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics, particularly OTIF
  • Support processes of monthly an quarterly inventory counts as needed
  • Drive correct and proper processing of information within the company’s shipping and logistics tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in inventory or supply chain functions strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in inventory and logistics processes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 to $50,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
