Cashier/Traffic Director
The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena are looking for a Cashier/Traffic director to manage traffic flow during event days. Responsibilities include working with your team to direct cars into available spaces according to traffic plan, as well as assuring that garage spaces are maximized.
Greeter
The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena are hiring enthusiastic individuals to ‘ELEVATE’ the experience of each guest whom attends or visits our facility. Greeters are responsible for a wide range of duties which include but are not limited to proactively assisting guests with inquiries, directing guests to their seating section, providing accurate facility information (nearest ATM, Guest Services location, store locations, F&B options, interactive experiences taking place during the event, Miami HEAT/FTX Arena upcoming events) and providing a safe environment. Schedule and hours are event based, which primarily take place Monday-Friday in the evening, Saturday/Sunday anytime and holidays.
Retail Sales Associate (Airport)
The Miami HEAT is looking for a Retail Associate at our Miami International Airport Location. You must effectively use product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhere to the customer service program. High school diploma or general educational degree (GED); Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
Maintenance
The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena are now hiring for Maintenance. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean appearance of the parking facilities by performing all assigned maintenance and cleaning tasks, as well as assisting the Maintenance supervisor in prepping the area for events within a timely manner.
