Interventional Pain Physician to play a leadership role in confirming the source/s of chronic pain through cutting edge diagnostic protocols, formulating an effective, evidence-based treatment plan, and directing care both within our group and to other specialists in the community.

The successful candidate will focus 3-4 days a week on clinic hours, in one or more of our locations, with the remaining 1-2 days focused on performing pain procedures, both in-office and at our sister company's certified ambulatory surgery center, as well as an option to perform EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies or ultrasound guided procedures if desired. Skills in performing different levels of Epidural and facet block/RFA is necessary. skills on MILD, Kyphoplasty and vertiflex is a plus.

Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions (www.apdss.com)specializes is using the latest advanced treatments for chronic pain conditions including but not limited to herniated discs in the lower back, neck and arm pain, spinal pain, degenerative disc disease, muscle pain, joint and Arthritis pain, pain after surgery, cancer pain, vascular disease pain, diabetic pain, and reflex sympathetic dystrophy.

Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions has been providing care for patients throughout Northern California (Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Yuba City, Folsom, and Davis) for more than a decade. Our mission is to definitively diagnose the source of chronic pain and to provide an evolving course of treatment that maximizes pain relief through the active participation of patients in his/her own therapy with the lowest possible dose of opioid pain relievers.

We are searching for a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physician to join our medical team. Currently, we have 3 interventional pain doctors, along with other physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants dedicated to delivering compassionate, world-class, non-invasive, and minimally invasive medical care to patients suffering from chronic pain due to injury, ailment, or disease.

We utilize an innovative EMR platform (NextGen), Medical Assistants dedicated to each provider, and a proficient operational team to help our clinicians focus their skills and energy on patient care.

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine

· Graduate of an accredited pain fellowship program

· Board Certified or Board Eligible

· Certified by ABPM&R or ABA

· Must possess a valid medical license in California

· Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment

· Work in a fast-paced environment (30+ patients per clinic day)

· Computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications

· Must possess a valid Fluoroscopy Supervisor License in the state of California

Pay: $375,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
