Responsibilities

Responsible for making sure that all customer inquiries are responded to quickly over the internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.

Responsible for making sure that aggressive follow up is performed by the sales staff and that proper future follow up is put in place in the CRM.

Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have experience in the automotive sales and/or extensive experience in outbound phone sales

The position requires excellent phone and online communication skills as well as interpersonal collaboration and strong work ethic

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

Prompt and courteous demeanor

Positive and hardworking personality

Strong computer skills

Valid driver's license
