Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is currently seeking a dynamic International Programs Logistics Analyst to join our Huntsville, AL. team.

The selected candidate will assist the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) in the logistics area of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the IAMD Battle Command System (IBCS) major end items and support material. The candidate must be knowledgeable in statutory, and DOD, DA, and AMC regulatory policy and guidelines in support of FMS and international cooperative programs. Candidate will ensure review and evaluation for logistics applicability and releasability of requests for U.S. information from foreign governments and industry. The candidate will support the PM with:

Conducts the required logistics activities for FMS case development, case execution and program management review (PMRs). Such activities may include, but not limited to cost, schedule and performance of FMS case logistics activities, inventories, materiel fielding, and training.

Supports integrated product teams and (WGs) when appropriate

Reviews and interprets logistics documentation and requirements as it relates to FMS and international activities.

Participates in system integration and checkouts (SICOs) and program fielding activities.

Advises and assists the Government customer in all logistics/sustainment matters related to International Cooperative programs, Foreign Military Sales and international activities with foreign governments.

Advises on the validity of requests and staffing required to satisfy the stated requirements. Reviews and evaluates document, pictures, equipment and data proposed for release.

Reviews policies and regulations as it pertains to security cooperation and security assistance.

Provide technical guidance to the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), Country Program Managers (CPMs) and/or Country Case Managers (CCMs).
Experience and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must be a US citizen, and must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. A minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Other Qualifications:

Candidate must have a knowledge of FMS and 2-5 years of FMS experience. This position requires up to 50% travel annually and the candidate must have a current passport. Candidate will be expected to travel as soon as May 2023 in a 30-day rotation. Candidate will work outside and must be able to lift weights IAW MIL-STD-1472, generally 56 lbs. 5 ft. above the floor, participate in a two person 87 lbs. 3 ft. above the floor, and carry 82 lbs. 33 ft. or less.

Candidates having a general knowledge of and 1-5 years of experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Systems, with focus on command, control, and communication systems. Candidate must have general knowledge of training, 1-5 yrs. of experience property accountability/responsibility, inventory procedures, and operator maintenance.

Security Requirements:

Candidate must have and maintain a secret security clearance.
