KCC offers professional in-house interior design, design management, construction management, owners representative, and general contracting services with a specific focus in fitness, retail, hospitality, restaurants and large scale residential. Our mission is to offer a single source design and building solution to our Clients.

We are seeking a few select candidates to join our team for our exciting, first in class projects in the New York City and Hamptons region. Our firm has grown in volume every year since offering our services in 2014. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Interior Designer supports the development for all commercial designs across luxury fitness, hospitality, and hotel projects. This individual will work hand in hand with the team to develop approved designs into production phases from Conceptual Design to Construction Documents.

• Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts
• Perform production functions: drafting, documentation, material sourcing
• Prepare design presentation packages in AutoCAD and InDesign
• Generate floorplans, elevations, and finish details in AutoCAD

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from accredited college/university
• 2-5 years of design experience in Commercial or Residential
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• SketchUp or similar modeling experience highly preferred

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE

• $75,000 - $85,000 Salary (Depending on experience level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
