A Healthcare System in the Oklahoma is looking for an Interim Director of Med/Surg to join their team

The Position

• The Interim Director of Med/Surg will be responsible for the oversight in day-to-day operations of the Med/Surg department.
• This leader will be expected to reestablish department culture, resolve conflict, and improve patient experience scores.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong minded, emotionally intelligent leader. Must be able to resolve conflict.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Active RN required.
