Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or closely related field or RN with current and active License in the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Intake Specialists provide short-term assistance to distressed individuals, families, and significant others. People in crisis may seek help directly or can be referred by others. Purpose is to provide a professional assessment and triage to the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment environment. Each patient and/or family contacting or referred to The Pavilion shall be assessed by an Intake Specialist. A licensed psychiatrist or other physician oversees triage and referral decision.
