Location: Rye Brook, NY
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
In this role, you will:
  • Call Referring Physicians to follow-up on prior authorization request
  • Provide guidance and assistance to physician office staff on the prior authorization process
  • Follow-up on Prior Authorization requests with insurance companies
  • Denial Management
  • Analyze denial data & claims
  • Research denials with insurance companies
  • Create appeal letters/packets
  • Follow-up with insurance companies on appealed claims
  • Prior Authorization Management
Bonus points if you’ve got:
Prior Authorization Experience
All you need is:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years medical billing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
