Insurance Specialists Team LLC of Big Lake, MN is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Personal Lines Service Account Manager to join our growing team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining a book of business and growing it.

Qualifications for the Insurance Personal Lines Service Account Manager:

• Property and Casualty License in Minnesota is required
• At least 2 years of client service or client-facing experience is required
• High School Diploma is required; Advance Degree or equivalent career experience preferred
• Preferred knowledge of EZlynx agency management system, competent in use of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to consistently process transactions accurately

Responsibilities for the Insurance Personal Lines Service Account Manager:

• Prepare marketing submissions for new and renewal business
• Prepare new business and renewal proposals
• Enter and maintain account data within agency management system (Ezlynx)
• Support Producer in day to day servicing client accounts, including direct contact with clients
• Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, and endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations
• Develop strong relationships with various company marketing representatives and underwriters
• Develop strong relationships & trust with clients, producers, and fellow employees
• Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of coverage & rating
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
