The Window Guys of Florida is looking to hire an Installation Manager to manage installers, schedule client installations and report any warranty issues to the window manufacturers.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate other employees involved in the process
- Communication with Installation Teams
- Communication with window manufacturers
- Meet with customers and measure windows and doors for ordering
- Place Orders by entering into multiple manufacturers software
- Must be detailed & can use a computer easily
- Walk Jobs to close out
- Work closely with other team members to assure a smooth job process
- Follow up with manufacturers to check order dates
Skills:
- Extremely organized
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Proficient
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent time management
- Ability to speak professionally to clients
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish a must
Experience:
- Experienced in remeasuring openings for window ordering
- Quality control on jobs
- Schedule Installations
- General construction experience
- Experience with impact windows and doors
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction or window industry
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to travel Tri-county area Dade, Broward & Palm Beach
- Serious organized person with an eye for detail
- Plan Reading
- Knowledge of NOA's
- Computer Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel)
