Meet Tri-Point Lending

Our Sales Associates are the foundation for our success. In this role you will be answering calls from nationwide direct mail marketing campaigns. These are direct mail solicitations to consumers who we believe stand to benefit from a debt consolidation type of loan product. We do not outbound cold call our clients!

Start Date: May 1st, 2023

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Currently offering REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME in: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon and Texas. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We do require employees to have high speed internet with ethranet access. Wi-Fi will not work for this role.

Pay: $17 per hour + Commissions (Earning Potential of $120,000+)

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Enroll a minimal of 20 clients a month to program
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through inbound leads, and or direct mail
• Interview, identify and discuss appropriate options with clients to determine clients' assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, or financial situation
• Contact or take calls from prospective customers to determine customer needs, present information, and provide information about available services
• Complete sales order tickets and submit for processing of client-requested transactions
• Discuss financial options with clients and keep them informed about our services
• Keep accurate records of transactions

Qualifications:

• Phone sales and call center experience required.
• Mortgage, finance, collection and debt settlement experience preferred.
• Positive and high energy attitude is a must.
• Company equipment provided but must have ability to work from home with internet connection and accessibility to router with ethernet cord. No Wifi.
• Be comfortable with computers, software and phone systems.
