Responsibilities of Inside Sales Rep:
  • Complete end-to-end inside sales cycles, from cold call to closing deals- this includes an average of 120+ cold calls a day and facilitating online product demonstrations
  • Execute a transactional sales process (1-3 day sales cycle)
  • Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing Salesforce to track progress
  • Prospect new business by cold-calling small to micro sized business owners in the Real Estate Industry
  • Close business to achieve, if not exceed monthly metrics

Qualifications for an Inside Sales Rep:
  • Highly self-motivated with a hard work ethic and “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Have a passion for selling and a true “Hunter” mentality
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • No prior sales experience needed but a history of success in a fast-paced sales and/or startup environment is preferred

  • Starting 40k base salary with a rapid promotion track + uncapped commission with $75-80k average OTE for 1st year
