The Inside Sales Manager supports Titan’s business objectives by working collaboratively with our clients and management team members to execute sales, marketing and customer service initiatives while helping to build and maintain a strong corporate culture.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Primary customer service contact for prospects who have questions about proposals or our services and products, and attend meetings when necessary
  • Coordinate Titan’s responses to requests for proposals (RFP’s) including preparing narratives and case studies, coordinating pricing, and reviewing contracts :
  • Coordinate the setup of new accounts
  • Facilitate requests for temporary service
  • Maintain relationships and pricing with third-party providers including uniforms and security equipment providers
  • Oversee uniform selection and pricing related to all accounts
  • Monitor risk management compliance including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirements
  • Coordinate calendars of Company executives and clients and prospects for purposes of sales meetings
  • Serve as an administrator of our Salesforce CRM system
  • Generate and track qualified leads and complete prospecting calls
  • Identify and analyze market data including competitive intelligence
  • Attend industry and trade organization events as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications of Inside Sales Manager:
  • Education and/or : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in sales, hotel, administrative assistant, or related roles
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Other Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.

Travel:
Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.

Base salary is highly competitive/based on experience plus metric driven bonuses and incentives, discretionary year-end bonus.
