Pop Pie Co. is an all day cafe/ pie shop specializing in both sweet & savory pies. We operate in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate, problem solve, and most of all-- do all of these things while providing our guests with the best customer service possible. We welcome every guest that walks in our doors, and we thank and say goodbye to every guest as they leave.

Our unique concept requires a unique and versatile set of skills. This is the perfect job for a BOH person looking to earn more money in a tipped position. The hourly pay is $16.75 - $17.00 per hour + tips. We are looking for team members for our Pacific Beach shop.

This ideal candidate will have both FOH and BOH experience. The primary responsibilities of this role are baking savory pies using established baking guides, washing sheet pans and other light dishes, flexing to the FOH as needed, breaking down the kitchen, and communicating any needs to management.

The ideal candidate:

· Has customer service experience (1 year+)

· Has baking & pastry experience (1 year+)

· Quick learner - will be cross trained on various other duties

· Genuinely enjoys making customers happy

· Can work independently and with others

· Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Has a positive “yes I can” attitude

· Is calm under pressure
