Hourly, entry level position available within large Primary Care Clinic setting. This position is an in office position based in the Buckhead area.

As the In Office Implementation and Account Manager, you must be energetic with experience working within a Primary Care Clinic setting. This position requires one to be compassionate with the ability to interact well with senior citizens. You will work closely with the practitioners and clinic staff to identify patients who may be considered a candidate into the patient outreach program. This program includes remote patient care monitoring and chronic care management. Applicant must communicate the benefits of these programs to the patient. You must be adaptable to changing situations and a quick learner.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.

Clinical and sales experience is preferred.
