Job Type: Full-time/Part Time (Available)

Basic Pay $17.00/hr. - $20.00/hr. (D.O.E.)

Job Developer (Coach):

· Educate and empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their fullest potential through community Integration and work training opportunities.

. Assist in developing and implementing an individualized plan for coaching individuals in a 1:1 ratio to work more independently, with the eventual goal of self-sufficiency.

. Identify individuals skills and talents in order to facilitate a job/career of choice.

. Identify job/career opportunities for individuals in the community.

. Coach and counsel individuals on workplace issues/concerns

· Assist consumer with developing the necessary skills to meet their set goals.

. Provide direct support and training to individuals on various job sites.

ILS Trainer/ SLS Trainer:

. Light, Housekeeping and Household Management

. Medication Compliance

. Transportation to and from medical appointments

. Assisting with grooming and hygiene

. Budgeting Skills/Paying bills

. Meal planning/Cooking

. Grocery Shopping

. Communication Skills

. Assisting with housing needs

. Applying for Community Services

. Safety Skills
