JD:
Provide day-to-day end user support including trouble shooting both system and data issues related to the PBCS applications.
- Should have In-depth knowledge of HYPERION PLANNING , PBCS in areas of ASO & BSO cubes, Business Rules, python scripting, Security & performance tuning.
- Should have strong knowledge of FDMEE, EPM Agent and EPM Automate.
- Should have knowledge on SQL and Shell scripts.
- Should have strong knowledge of Change, Release, Incident, and Problem management.
- Expertise on creating inbound and outbound interfaces for Essbase and Planning Applications and resource should have knowledge on SSL configuration and SSO integration.
- Should have knowledge on Windows and Unix Environments and Scripts as well.
- Should have in depth knowledge on Cloud Environments for Planning/PBCS/SAAS Applications .
