We are a reputable family owned commercial & industrial HVAC/Rcompany seeking a skilled Commercial/Industrial HVAC/RTechnician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in commercial & industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems and a proven track record of successful installations, maintenance, and repairs.

As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician with Midwest Mechanical Services & Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including but not limited to, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and exhaust systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Understand and comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC/R technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and exhaust systems.
• Experience with various types of controls and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Certification and/or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• St. Louis County Mechanical License preferred
