Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to residential homes on a daily basis as scheduled
  • Perform consultations with customers and be able to assess their needs in a timely, and respectful manner
  • Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
  • Repair damaged HVAC systems
  • Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers
  • Be able to operate our field management software to process paperless invoices
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources

Requirements:

  • HVAC schooling & experience required
  • Diagnostic service experience is a plus
  • Must have a basic knowledge of hand tools, sheet metal tools, & a volt meter
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Trustworthiness is a must!
  • Must have a friendly and respectful attitude on every job site
  • Provide excellent relationship-based customer service to our clients
  • Able to maintain a safe working environment
  • Competent skill level in repair of HVAC products
  • Thorough knowledge of different brands of equipment
  • Must be able to work well and take direction from other team members
  • Ability to learn how to operate our field management system
  • Must be able to be on a rotating on-call schedule on weekdays, weekends, holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
