Our company is looking for the RIGHT Hvac Technician to join our team. This is a Senior level tech position servicing the state line area, with on-call and some weekends required. The successful candidate will have a proven background in Residential and Light Commercial HVAC maintenance, and will be responsible for scheduling, performing and documenting repairs and routine maintenance on heating, ventilation and cooling systems. Technicians will generate sales leads and provide customers with their best options on replacement equipment to meet their needs. In addition to top pay, we provide additional commissions, a work vehicle, gas card, tablet, phone, health benefits, a tool fund, annual bonus and more. Must be self-motivated, on-time, have the ability to work independently, and be professional in appearance and deameanor.

Must have 5 years minimum documented experience in the field servicing HVAC equipment.

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Must pass a background and drug test.

Must have own hand tools, specialty tools provided by the company.

Must work well with others and as a team.

Must have high intergrity and ethical standards.

Must be dependable, honest and customer-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
