Columbus Worthington Air is a leader in the HVAC services field and has been serving Columbus since 1936. Our focus is exceptional service in both our commercial and residential departments. We are looking for Residential Service Technicians to join our team. Why work for CWA?
4 DAY WORK WEEKS!- Amazing on call schedule: 1 night every other week!
- Company paid NATE certifications.
- Up to $1500 yearly bonus when NATE certified (if certification kept current)
- Tool Purchase Program

- Entry Level Pay Range: $40k-$65k
- Senior Level Pay Range: $65k-$130k
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC services.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- EPA Certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and good communications skills.
- Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
- Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
