Qualified Helpers will apply their technical skills and knowledge to install HVAC Equipment in residential settings.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- PRIOR HVAC INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE A MUST.
- 2 years of electrical/HVAC service training or completion of an approved training program.
- EPA certification and an advance knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow are required.
- Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
- Requisite basic certifications in your field (EPA Universal, etc.)
- A valid driver's license and good communication skills.
