Job description :-

* Developing Content for the US Market.
* Candidate will be required to frame MCQ Mock Questions as well as its solution
* Research-Oriented content.
* Write papers and blueprints for educational institutions and Publishing
companies.

Subject: - Human resource management (HR Generalist, HRIS Analyst, People Analytics Specialist, HR Consultant, Business Partner, HR Manager)

Working Days:-Flexible Working Hours

Working Location:-Remote (Work from Home)

Desired Candidate Profile :-

The candidate should have at least 3 – 5 years of experience working in HR, ideally with a focus as an HR Generalist, HRIS Analyst, People Analytics Specialist, HR Consultant, Business Partner, HR Manager, or Director/CHRO or above role is required

  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certified and current on certification (certification has not lapsed) is preferred; industry relevant HRIS certification such as HRIP or other HR Technology specialty credential may be considered
  • Higher education experience as a faculty member or in course design or curriculum development is preferred
  • SMEs for this course must be familiar with a broad range of HR topics including (but not limited to): HRIS needs analysis and vendor selection; calculating ROI on HRIS implementation; implementing HR technology; obtaining and building leadership buy in on decision making;
  • change management; project management; widespread HRIS and people analytics; HR technology for efficiency; outsourcing; training and development related to HR technology rollout and maintenance; data security and compliance for HRIS usage; common HR metrics and people analytics;
  • quantitative and qualitative analysis; statistical software usage; data analysis and presentation to stakeholders (telling the story with data) for HR functional areas such as talent acquisition, compliance, safety, learning and development, DEI, and other miscellaneous HR functions

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
