Continuum of Care is looking for two (2) HR Recruiting Coordinators to assist in recruiting applicants by using conventional sourcing strategies and creative recruiting ideas to solicit and pre-screen candidates during the hiring process. Responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. These positions are responsible for coordinating with management in searching for best suited candidates for our Residential and Administrative positions. EOE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to include scheduling of candidate interviews.
  • Network with potential candidates through business contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
  • Manage agency relationships with higher education and external career development centers.
  • Create and publish job ads in various online portals.
  • Work in partnership, with managers to develop hiring standards for future employees, determine the effectiveness of recruiting, participate in onsite open house and off-site Job Fairs.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to assess program needs.
  • Oversight of referral and sign on bonus program for payouts. All other duties assigned.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2 years’ experience working in Human Resources in a recruiting or similar onboarding role.
  • Knowledge of sourcing vacant positions on social media and professional job board websites.
  • Advance knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Paychex Flex is preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and self-sufficiently, and knowledge of employment law practices.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and good driving record.
  • BS in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred or relevant field OR equivalent work experience considered with 5 years’ hands on experience in Human Resources.

Position :(2) Recruiting Coordinators

Salaried Position: $50,000 - $55,000

FT-40 Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri

9a-5p, Onsite Positions
