Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned, growing private pediatric outpatient practice with sensory clinic locations in Greenville, Goldsboro, and New Bern, North Carolina. For the past 12 years, CTC has been providing OT, PT, ST, and educational services to children of all ages and diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, feeding disorders, and developmental delay. Children are served within our newly expanded, state-of-the-art sensory clinics, within the community, and within school settings.

CTC has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will have a meaningful impact on people’s lives by giving them a working environment where they can be themselves and thrive!

Major Responsibilities

● The entire employee journey from recruitment, to hiring and the retention of team members

● Analyze, modify, and administer benefits and compensation programs

● Manage and monitor compliance with all North Carolina and Federal laws that apply to our workforce

● Manage all payroll functions

● Guides management and employees by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies to improve the employee experience and culture of our organization

● Ongoing development of our culture and engagement/morale of our team by creating a supportive environment for growth

● Other duties as needed

HR Manager Qualifications and Skills

● Good problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management

● Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources (preferred in the healthcare industry)

● Preferred: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
